How long does a coffee cart rental last?

Most bookings run 2–4 hours, which covers a typical ceremony cocktail hour, corporate morning session, or brunch reception. We can extend for longer events — just let us know your timeline during the inquiry process.

Do you travel outside of Denver for coffee cart events?

Yes. We serve the entire Colorado Front Range — including Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Aurora — as well as mountain resort communities like Breckenridge, Vail, Aspen, and Steamboat Springs. Travel fees may apply for events beyond a set radius.

Can I customize the coffee menu for my event?

Absolutely. We work with you before every event to design a menu that fits your guests, your vibe, and any dietary needs. We can create signature named drinks, match your brand colors with garnishes, and incorporate seasonal ingredients.

Do you offer dairy-free and vegan options?

Yes — oat milk, almond milk, and coconut milk are all available at no extra charge. We can also accommodate other dietary preferences; just mention them during the consultation.

What does the cart look like? Can I see photos?

Our cart is styled with warm wood surfaces, brass fixtures, and fresh florals or greenery tailored to your event aesthetic. We're happy to share styling examples and discuss how the cart can complement your venue during the inquiry process.

Is there a minimum number of guests?

We don't enforce a hard guest minimum — we scale our setup to events of all sizes, from an intimate 20-person dinner party to a 400-person wedding reception. Pricing is based on event duration and service scope rather than headcount.

Do you need access to water or power at the venue?

We can work with most venue setups. Ideally, we have access to a water source and a standard 120V outlet, but we're experienced at adapting to various venue configurations. We'll confirm logistics during the pre-event consultation.
