What size private events do you serve?
We work with events ranging from an intimate 10-person private dinner to VIP gatherings of 150 or more. Larger events typically require more advance planning and a larger on-site team, but the level of attention and craft is consistent regardless of scale.

When you book Private Event Hospitality, you get a single point of contact who designs and coordinates the complete guest experience — all services working in concert rather than as separate vendors. Yes. We work with multi-day retreats and events — designing different hospitality experiences for each day or session (e.g., a coffee welcome on day one, a curated cocktail hour on day two, a gift send-off at close). We'll build a proposal that covers the full arc of your event.
Do you travel to mountain venues for private events?
Yes — mountain venues are a specialty. We regularly execute private event hospitality at properties in Breckenridge, Vail, Aspen, Telluride, Steamboat Springs, and Estes Park. We factor travel and logistics into your proposal and manage all the coordination so your experience is seamless regardless of location.
